When we first got to Ecuador we went straight to the beach, it was awesome becuase all the vendors come up to you and sell you food and soda so you don't have to leave to get food. Even KFC will come up to you and sell you fried chicken, that is super cool.

When I drank my first coconut water in Ecuador my camera was stolen right out of my pocket. That coconut water was sooo bittersweet.
